My leaf tips appear burnt or yellow. So I read somewhere to correct, soil should be flushed with three gallons of water per one gallon of soil. Has anybody done this?? Or if you check out the pictures could it be something different I should do? She is sitting in a 1.5 gallon.

Burnt tips means heat stress. If the sides of the leaves are burnt/yellowing, you've got a case of the nute burn.
Sorry, but this is dead wrong...

Yellowing tips are the first sign of overfeeding, and many use this as a gauge to push plants to their acceptable limits w/o burning.

I put some tiger big bloom about 3 weeks after it flowered, and before I put the feed only 1/2 of the tips were burned and started to yellow, so i thought if i put some big bloom it would fix my problem . I have only feed it twice since i got the feed. Plus one application of a homemade banana flowering tea I made with a little bit of molasses. So should i flush it out??
