Overfeeding, underfeeding or deficiency ?

I have been having problems with this ghs white rhino I thought the problem had cleared up but it seems to be getting worse watering with ph 6.5 tap water (0.5 ec) with canna terra pro soil, using bio bizz grow and bloom adding cal mag and superthrive, foliar feeding with cannacure once a week before 1 hour before lights on , The leaves are browning dry and new shoots are light green some leaves have dark green tips pics follow

My ph is always 6.5 -7max tho.. Here's full pic from this morning this plants looking like shit ! Apologies not the best pictures

If u clould take a pic under regular lighting that would help, really can't see much with that HPS, what's ur temps n RH like?

Ive taken her out pics follow , heat the last few days has been hitting 31c but just rigged up the air cooled running at about 25 26 rh about 40 - 50 % now my other plants thriving its just this one

Hmm, hard to sqy, looks kinda deficient to me, but if u got 2 plants with only 1 showin problems, maybe it a soil or root issue, Could try flushing or repotting..you wouldn't hapen to have a fan blowing on that plant? Or maybe it's closer to the fan?
