overwatered/underwatered? (pic)

Is this a plant that is overwatered or underwatered?

how often you watering? i have a plant the same age size etcc. doing the same thing. i switched mine to pro-mix for better drainage. im watering about every 3 or 4 days .

looks overwatered.. as the dirt dries out it should start perking back up

This plant is watered every 3-4 days. Yesterday it was watered after being not watered for 4 days and it looks more droopy now

i dont know why its drooping, maybe its nothing at all. most of my plants when they are happy they reach for the sky, but theres always couple that dont follow the norm. i havnt watered mine for a few days now so im hoping when i get home from work itll be reaching.
