im growing this little plant for a while now and its very weak.. im worried about some sort of nutrient deficiency or a problem with the soil.

the bottom leafs are turning a very subtle yellow with little dots. the tips of the leafs are turning yellow and the new leafs on the top are very very small, not growing and are twisted.

i might also mention that it is a very slow grower.in my grow are i regret to say that i dont have any ventilation yet, but looking for a small fan.

ph of my soil is about 6.4

You need higher humidity in the seedling stage so don't worry abt that for now. 65-75% would be fine. The plant is small and the pot is big. I suspect over-watering and why is there a huge crack in the top. Like Scrog says it looks like cake mix with an earthquake tremor running thru the middle. You need to leave them alone and let them dry out to absorb the nutes. No oxygen is getting to the roots.

How did you measure the PH of your soil? Did you measure the runoff?
I have a soil pH meter . how do you measure the run-off?

yeah it's chocolate mix... its supposedly good quality soil i didn't use a specific mix just used soil from the bag..

i usually water when the top few inches of soil are dry...

so i should have used different soil??
