Hey everybody. I am just starting my grow. Last night i started to germinate the seeds. I am growing in a 2x2x3 box 1-2 plants with a bunch of cfls. I will post a pic of the unfinished box(only pic i have right now).

ok i have been trying to germinate the seeds for about 2 days now. I put them in pretty moist paper towels put it in a plastic bag and then in a small box and put it in front of my heater at 75 degrees. However the seeds dont show any sign of doing anything. There the only seeds I have and i dont know what to do. Anyway herre is a more updated version of my grow box. I tossed the cfls because i found a 120 watt plant grow bulbs in homedepot. So far i only have 1 setup because i accidentaly broke the other trying to put it in. Anyway if anyone has any tips let me know. I think i might just have to bite the bullet and buy seeds online if these dont work out.

I put the seeds i had in a shot glass of water and left it there for a while. Unfortunatly still both seeds show no sign of germination. Despite the fact that they seem to be no good i planted them anyway in hopes that they will germinate in the soil. Heres a pic. Right now i have them in eggcarton sections filled with a pre-mix soil. Sorry the pic quality sucks.. im taking the pictures with a camera phone lol.

ha ha! i know the answers to all your questions. but i will with hold my knowledge with hops that you will one day become competent! ha ha!.....(you need more seeds)

I thought so haha. But is there any chance it can still germinate in the soil? ive only tried germinating them for about 2 days. I read it can take like 14 days sometimes.

everything I have grown so far ,,cept one,,has been from seed,,I put it about an inch or an inch and a half in the dirt,,pointy side of the seed facing down,,keep the dirt wet and warm,,and so far,,always had a head poke through within 48 hours or so,maybe 60 hours tops,,or it did not come up at all,,think that happened maybe 3 times outta 25,,you don't need a big honkin light on them,,to get them to germinate,,just a warm moist place

thanks man. thats a little re assuring. Its gonna be a pain in the ass to get seeds. I dont have a credit card and my mom isnt cool about ordering seeds online. I mean she helped me build the grow box I have so I dont want to push it haha. Um also i just stuck the seeds in there i didnt face them anyway. will it be ok like that?

gee, aluminum foil... I'm germinating myself atm too. I'm using a heated propagator though and have never propagated from seed before. Also using root riot cubes. Haven't looked in for a few days tho, so dunno how they are...

haha shud i find some paint and get rid of the foil? i heard it can burn the plants but im not sure if thats true

you dont need paint. throw the foil away. that is a tiny box so just buy some mylar u know. buy some window reflectors for cars. its made of mylar and its durable. as 4 the seedsjus score a bag of dope and use those.(not shitty dopE)

Well no bud around here has seeds in it. I need to order them online. Im asking a friend to do it for me. Gonna try to get this started again in the next few days.
