PC Box Grow Blue Mystic Autoflower Fem (Need advice please!)

I decided to create a new pc box for a new strain I ordered Blue Mystic Autoflower Feminized from Nirvana Seeds. I am needing some help along the way I don't know if I will continually update this thread, but I would like to if possible.

The first question I want to start with is how far away from my light should I position the seedling? After starting on my first grow which is still in progress I am more aware of stretching. The idea I have in my head now is 1-3 inches away from light (limited space in box though) pretty much as close as you can get it without burning the seedling.

The box is anywhere from 80-100 degrees daily and maintains on average a temp of about 95-100 (I know its high)

What are the solutions to this I have an intake fan which is the lower fan outake is upper fan.

I have been swapping out a cup of ice starting today to try and lower the temp and opening the box whenver I can to lower the temp, but the higher I have the seedling the hotter the temp is.

I just removed 1 Great Value 60w replacement (14w actual) 6500k daylight fluroescent bulb to try and lower the temps

Lights:3 GE 100w replacement (26w actual) 6500k 1600 lumens daylight fluorescent bulbs for VEG
3 GE 100w replacement (26w actual) 2700k 1650 lumens soft white fluroescent bulbs for FLOWER
Water: Deer Park Spring Water (ph of around 6-7 can't remember right now)
Nutes: Miracle Gro All Purpose Plant Food
Medium - Hyponex Potting Soil by Scotts
6 days old (from seed) 4 days old (from sprout)
(Light Cycle of 18 on 6 off)

I'm aware this is a cheap ass grow, please don't insist on me doing a different grow because this is what I'm limited to at the moment. All the resources I have are all that I am capable of getting access to at this time. Please only recommend things that I could get from a walmart or small farm store. I'm from a small town and very limited on new resources I'm already aware on how they could help. Thanks lots guys :)

TL;DR
What I really need to know for the now is should I raise the plant higher to avoid stretching at the cost of a higher heat between 95-100 or is the height fine now?

Dimensions of box 18 inches tall, 18 inches long, 8 inches wide.

what is your ambient temp? you will never get it lower than that if you can even reach ambient

Ambient temp? Like a room temp? Plant is on its night right now and I checked temp its at about 78 degrees F in there. Is that what you are asking for?

Right now I have the central air in my house off and the window open and will probably for the next few days, my room is typically at around 80-85 degrees ambient temp =/ I think the heat from my PC and 2 PC box grows raises it dramatically even with Central air on..

well you figured out your heat problem now just work on lowering your ambient temp

If I can't get my ambient temp lower then what should I do. Keep my plant closer to light to prevent stretching even though its a hotter temp or lower it and replant after if it stretches too much. I'm replanting regardless so I feel like this is almost a stupid question lol. Sorry just inexperienced trying to learn as I go.
