Pc Grow Help

I just started to build my pc grow box and needed some help. What kind of cfl's do I use and what are the lighting schedules? What kind of soil and nutrients would be good? I'm a first time grower and just wanted to have some fun to see if I can actually do it.

I think the most common cfl's used in pc grow boxes are 23w 6500k bulbs for veg, and 2700k for flower... when i did my soil grow, I used Fox Farm ocean forest with the Fox Farm trio of nutes and that seemed to worked well.
