Penalties in Canada for growing 1 plant?

Im wondering with the whole new crime bill and all what the penalties would be if any for growing a single plant.

Mandatory prison starts at 6 plants. I dont think much would happen to you for one plant. Are you medical? Or qualify for anything under the medical list in Canada?
