What does this look like? Yellowing leaves and purple hues.

I would say too much. Your leaves are so close together, just my opinion, but I'd find some way to shade him, see if you can get him ti stretch a bit

Ok, ya I will put them back further. They have direct light, and mabe they need more shade
 
It looks like you have an LED that has the veg and flower switches on it. If so turn off the flower light.
The Red spectrum of light causes the plant to stay squat and bush out.
The Blue spectrum will cause more stretch and upward growth with proper light spacing. . .
I have a super hot that has only gotten three inches tall but has seven or eight leaves already. I like to bush the plants out inside because mine will stretch when they reach their final containers outside. I had great success last year and this year should be even better!

dude its actually the opposite of what you said about how different spectrums affect plant height. blue keeps them shorter, red induces stretch.

Sorry for getting back so late, but yes moving the plant away from the light worked. The one plant looks really fucked up somehow, but they both stopped have yellowish and purplish leaves and regained color
