Perpetual Grow Setup Help Needed!!! - Multiple HID's, Space and Money at Hand

I am trying set up an indoor grow system that will allow me to harvest every 4-6 weeks. Im growing in soil, and i have seeds (indoor mix - from sensi seeds).

I have...

1x 400 watt HPS
1x 400 watt MH
1x 70 watt MH


I already built a cabinet with the 70 watt light mounted inside. 21x24x28 inches. (this could be used for a mother???)

I would like to build two more cabinets, a veg and flowering room, where i will suspend my 400 watt lights.

I would like to grow 4-5 plants in my flowering room at a time.

What method would you recommend for having constant plants in both rooms?
(Mothers, cuttings from veg plants,cuttings from flowering plants)

I was thinking of a 3x3x8 space for the flower room and a shorter cabinet for the veg room.

Good luck with sensi variety...

I had a full 0% germ.

Then 100% with some DP.

I know it was sensi... they throw the low binned seeds in the variety packs.

That isn't advice or help.
