perpetual sog design help

Hello everyone. I am trying to setup a nice grow room and would like some help.

So the dimensions for the room are 2' (width) x 10' (length) [I have a little extra space this way if needed] x 7' (height).

I am trying to figure out how to set up a perpetual sog (ebb and flow). But since the space is so weird, I am not exactly sure of the best way to set it up. The general idea is that I will have 3 or 4 trays around 2 feet long. And in between every tray I leave around a foot so that I can access the plants by crawling underneath the tray supports. I figure I would be able to trim 2 feet in every direction. This way I can lollipop the plants when needed.

So what I am currently looking at is 4 2x2 trays for flowering. Similarly, I could use 2 4x2 trays and harvest every 4 weeks. I will be running an 8 week Chronic, as I have heard it is awesome for sog. So this is the way I would have the room setup:
trays: 2ft long 1': 1 foot gaps to allow access to the plants
[tray][tray]1'[tray]1'[tray]
or
trays 4ft long 1': 1 foot gaps
[tray ]1'[tray ]1'
What would be the most efficient way to light this? I was thinking either 400w or 250w hps over the trays. Or maybe 1 400w over the two trays in the middle and 2 250w for the trays on the end. I would go with a bigger light, but I think the smaller ones are more efficient in my setup because there is only 2 feet of horizontal space. So anything larger than a 400w will throw to much light horizontally. I will be putting up mylar (or white walls) but it still seems smaller lights would be better.

So if I use the 10' for flowering, that would leave me about 3' for a clone/mother box and some space to put the reservoirs. I was thinking that I could do multiple layers to maximize the space. Have a few mothers on the bottom and then 1-3 trays of clones above it. Is this enough to support a perpetual sog? I have never tried this before so I really have no clue.

So what do you guys think of this setup? I would really appreciate any comments on it, as I am very new to growing.

Be happy and good growing!
