it depends on a lot of things mainly if it looks like your selling they'll come down on you harder, give over take 8 ish plants seen as for persy anythin or 10 an they see it as selling but again it all depends on the police on the day etc

i saw a police camer action kinda show not long ago and they siezed 20 plants from a guys flat and they said it was classed as personal, thats all i no though and i dont no how old the show was so dont go with it

you'll be fine man if your only growin 2/3 just dont tell anyone your doin it. i started a month or so ago cuz i was gettin fed up with the prices an weight etc its gettin bad so ive got my own growin

ive heard its 30 but it depends on lots of different factors luck being the main one.
sometimes everything counts as a plant, hour old clones and 5yr old mothers, everything,
if space is not an issue i would have just a few big plants in 40 - 50 ltr pots. or scrog with one massive suppercropped plant.
