This is my plan:
Sealed room, 120 square feet, 6 X 1000 watt HPS (air cooled), Motorized track lighting rails, CO2 bottle injection, humidistat, A/C closed loop, air king wallmount fans.
Numbers are an issue so I need larger plants. Anywhere from 12 to 36.
I want to grow in smart pots maybe 10-15 gallons using Sunshine mix#4, azomite, agricultural gypsum, kelp meal (ascophyllum), alfalfa meal, high nitrogen bat guano, high phosphorus bat guano, worm castings.
I also want to use an automated fertilizer/water microsprinkler system using GH maxigro and maxibloom.
I want to foliar feed with ecklonia maxima kelp extract and fulvic acid.
These are my specific questions:
1. What dimesnions should my room ideally be?
2. What proportions of amentments should I apply considering I want to use a light feeding of chemical fertilizers?
One recipe I saw recommended for 1 gallon of soil to add:
1/3 Cup N bat guano
1/2 Cup P bat guano
1 Tbsp Alfalfa meal
1 Tbsp Kelp meal
2 tsp agricultural gypsum
1 tsp azomite
worm castings to 20% of total mix
Is this too much if I intend to feed chemically?
3. When do I start foliar feeding, how frequently do I foliar feed, up to what point can I foliar feed, and do I increase the concentration of the foliar feeding as the plant grows?
4. If my concern is primarily yield what strain should I use? I want big buds but I dont want a bunch of hay. Im considering Sensi Seeds Big Bud, Northern Lights, Super Skunk, Serious Seeds White Russian. Im open to suggestions.
Any help is appreciated.
