You recommend using soap (dr.bronners) and neem oil ? Or something like spinosad , thanks for the answer

I was thinking on spinosad since I know it's not rough on plants unlike neem oil,
Does it work well for white falls or aphids ?

Never suffered with White flies or aphids, so I cannot confirm through experience of use.
All I can tell you is that is supposed to.
I’ve only ever used it to eradicate thrips.

It can cost a fair bit to ship to the UK about imo it’s very worth it.
Last time I purchased some it was from Amazon and it cost me around £9 for shipping.
However now though the Amazon seller that I purchased from its UNAVAILABLE.

For shipping £9 isn't bad, ebay is £25 from the states.
Just found this though, would need to be heavily diluted.

That’s the only thing they sell as a user on eBay and it’s a 10ml bottle with 5ml of liquid to make 10L of solution.
Buy that 4 times in one year and you could have bought a quart bottle of Monterey for £40 delivered.
The quart bottle lasts ages.
