The key to sorting out a proper, safe solution for a pest problem is knowing what pest it is. Have you taken pictures and done any research? You'll need to do that. Start by posting a couple of clear pictures of the bug, and any damage you think it has caused your plants.

cant see any damage yet just noticed a few lil fuckers gone before i had chance

They very well could be black or fruit flies, neither of which will cause any harm. If you see any more, snap clear pics and post them.

Some bugs are harmless to plants. Got to catch one and take close up pic to identify.

i think they are fruit flys none the less they are un invited lol
