Ph balance around 7.2 need help to get down

I got an 8 week Thai plant and the soil is measured at 7.2 I got the plant in a 3 gallon pot with around 2 and a half filled with soil. What would be a correct measurement dosage of something would be best to treat the soil with. Or will the plant be ok with the soil around 7.2 please can someone help me.

You should just water your plant with the correct pH water. If you water with 6.5 things should be fine.

I'm assuming you know what you need but if not look at the Ph UP and Ph Down

And don't let people tell you that you don't need to adjust the Ph of the water being put into your soil. Soil does not buffer the stuff you need to do this yourself.

eggshells lower the ph.... Like 5 shells per pot...
Just wash em out and let em dry crush em up in the soil

The plant will be fine - leave it. You'll cause more harm trying to lower it with acid ph down than leaving it be.
