hey i have a simple question, iam growing in soil i measure my water add the nuts let sit, then balance ph to 6.0 i cam back later and it was 7.4 in only a few hours iam wondering if this is normal, i corrected n watered plants

I know that chlorine lowers pH and dissipates over time...meaning as it dissipates the pH will rise.

I have no idea if that's what is causing your issue, but it's a possibility.

It was a good thing to re-adjust. You always want to be in the correct pH range.

But 6.0 may be too low for soil. I think you should be at 6.5.

6.0 is what I use for hydro.
