Hi, so I am trying the turbo klone for the first time ever. I've taken clones in plugs before with success. I took
48 7 days ago, and don't even see bumps yet. I scraped off the crabium layer, and dipped in Botanicare rootek cloning gel, then put in the turbo klone machine. I checked for the first time today, and nothing. I checked the PH, and it was 8.5, wtf happened? I put in 6.3 ph'd water that was only 100 ppm from the tap. I switched the reservoir immediately. The temps are always around 78 degrees. Is the ph the reason I haven't seen bumps or roots yet? Why is the PH changing on its own? I didn't add anything to the water. Thank, any help would be appreciated, I don't want to lose my hard work now. If it makes any difference, they still look pretty healthy.
