Hey all I’m having some issues with my plants flowering prematurely. I worked on a commercial farm before and I fully understand how sensitive photo sensitive cannabis is. I have my timer set to 18 and six I should be having no issues. The only thing I can think of to the Canadian border. There is strong sun here and I am moving them out from their shed to get real sun for a few hours a day. Can this be what’s doing it? I’ve had three plants Show sexual maturity at about a foot tall and they shouldn’t be doing it with that light ratio

It could be a difference in the light intensity. Nothing beats the sun!
I keep the grow lights on all the time in my veg closet, no dark periods. Works fine. I don't want my plants outside due to exposure to insects.

How old are the plants? Once they reach maturity they can show pre flowers even without a light period change. I’ve even had an old mother plant start to form weird little flowers under 20/4 lighting. Thank fully I had a fresh clone already and I replaced the mother plant.
Maybe a month old …the auto/fast flower possibly makes sense. I live in NE Washington and an ounce of pretty damn good flower is 18$ lol tests at 27.5…you always get a few seeds in each ounce they pop at like 100% look the plants look great but like 4 outta 12 stayed flowering at like 4 weeks old on 18/6 lighting.. and outta the 4 2 have been male. The strains are gelato 33 ,dolato , LCG, black inferno
