pick n mix customer service!!!

so i always order from pick n mix... the order im waiting for now took longer then usual to get shipped (bout a mnth)... i heard the UK postal was on strike but not sure.. anyways, in the time i waited, i wanted to change my order... i told them to cancle it and shred my money order that i sent from my bank... they said that was fine and they would do so... the money order ended up getting cashed as the regular person incharge of the matter was away... i then contacted them to tell them that it was cashed as i found out from my bank when i went to cancle it... they then sent me an email stating their appologise as they were away the day it was cashed... they then insured me they would throw in extras for the inconvience and that it would be shipped the next day... i said cool and mentioned a few strains that i was interested in... the next day i got the shipping confermation with the seeds i had originaly ordered on the slip... i then emailed them bak asking if they sent extras or jus the seeds mentioned in the shipping comfermation... the next day i got an email stating, "i think u will be pleasently surpised when u get the package!"

oh im fukkin stoked!!! i cant wait to see what they sent me... i always order from them, as well as refer them to other customers and will continue to do so especaily for making up for the mishap and replying to me the next day from my emails.... i will keep ya posted on what was sent to me in compesation...
