pics of my setup, a little help needed plz,

I have been doing this for a while now and have a lot of experience but i have this new room i am doing and it has been a bit of a challenge so far. iv included pics. Question is: why are my leaves twisting? there in veg, and i tried a new organic soil that leaves runoff pretty dirty looking as opposed to clear with my MG soil which i have never had a problem with. Heres the set up profile
*12x14 ft room 8ft celings
*6 1000w HPS bulbs, powered by digital ballasts though cool tubes that you can touch ( there not hot) outside air cools them and goes right back out never enters the room. plants etleast a foot from the light and it isn't even at all to hot
* fresh outside ventilation air through the white tubes you see on the ground constantly blowing in.
* 5 gallon or bigger pots/tubs
* filtered watter, watered at 6.5 PH, comes out at 7 from drainage( no there not over or under watered i know for a fact).
*room temp is at 75ish degrees, humidity is at 50%,
* there not over fertilized as i just transplanted them one week ago and they were reaching for the T5 they were under.
*ventilation is through a 2000cfm fan pulling plenty of air out.

My only conclusion is a new soil i tried, doesn't have any manure in it other than worm castings, its called soil cycle by Grock with E.B. stones name on it as a manufacture. the soil could be too rich, or maybe there is to much ventilation i don't know never had this issue in my years of growing. I have two other rooms in this area that are perfect but this one keeps giving me trouble. I did however do a test on the bigger plants that are in the tubs those i have used good old MG and they still seem to be doing the same twisting of the leaves but not and brown spots on them like you see in the pictures. the brown spot you see on the leave i believe that has to do with the dirt, but the twisting i can't figure out.

The strains are K.C. jones, Grand daddy purp, and OG purple kush. any other questions ask. and i can put more pictures in as well. thanks
