Hey, If you are looking at this please comment. All input, possitive or constructive is wanted. Its no fun seeing people look at it and only a few respond. I want to get good at growing such a beautiful thing, but I need the help of all the other enthusiasts out there! Whether to compliment my progress, tell me I suck, or give me advice, please hit me with something.

We are two months old. Just about to start flowering. As you can see we have a ton of cfls. 23/26w, 5/13w, 2/42, and 1/19w. total we have 31 bulbs and somewhere around 766watts/ and close to 2300watt equiv. We veg'd using only 8 26w bright white cfls. So this should be a major change for flowering. Heat and air we have under control. Temps usually range from 72-84 and humidity from 20-30%. We use FF ocean forrest soil, FF grow big, liquid seaweed, banana mana (organic banana extract nute) so far to veg. We also have FF tiger bloom and FF big bloom to start after a short while into flowering.

I have grown successfully before, but only soil, no nutes so I have a handful of questions that would be greatly appreciated if anyone can answer.

During flowering does foliar feeding continue or not because it may cause bud rot?
Other than the bloom nutes, is it necessary to use any other nutes anymore?
Is flushing smart to do before you flower, or more so the few weeks before harvest?
We are doing great with the FF soil and the line up, so I will def keep that going according to schedule. What are your views on making your own soil recipes. Ocean forrest is already working and working very well at that. Do you think it would be beneficial if I created my own to transplant into for flowering until chop while still using ffof. We are in 3 gals now (the bigger two) and the smallest in a one about to be transplanted. Most likely will either go up to 5gals or stay at three, anyone have a thought on that?

I have a bunch of stuff I got over time from people, I have : Pearlite, Vermiculite, Jamaican bat gauno, Sea bird guano, liquid lime, liquid seaweed, epsom salt, Algamin Kelp meal 1-0-2, earthworm castings, organic bone meal 6-9-0, organic bloodmeal 12-0-0, and Terracycle all purpose liquid plant food. Anyone recommend a home made soil ratios using ffof (fox farm ocean forrest)? Or should I stick with what I have for now?

Also, I have some Happy Frog fertilizer Fruit and Flower 5-8-4, Do you think I can use this in combination with the FF tiger and big bloom while following the FF schedule?

The first few shots are the set up, the kids, and then there are about 3 shots of each. The larger two are weed bushes..hell yea! They are all sitting at around 24-27 in tall. Nodes are not alternating yet, but there are many nice fat grow sites coming along.

So what can all you fine folks tell me?

The Cfl set up is easy, it was super cheap as well. I do not have much lute, at least not enough to buy leds. unless it super cheap? I did not lst any of the larger babies. We did to the taller stringy one for a while, then we let her loose. you can not see it very well but there is a wicked curve, bend towards the bottom of the stalk. Go figure, its still the tallest one! Strain... I was told the fist larger one was Ramulan-x-Sensistar, The second to be strawberry cough -x-ryder (the misty 50/50 ind/sat version) and the last......mystery dank! I did not get a title for this one. I got the seeds from a guy who grows a lot and is pretty legit, but he has recently left us to move to boston. A parting gift if you will, a few beans.

Ya, it looked like you LST'd one. Good job, lots of bud sites. That strawberry cough cross should be interesting.

damn man. thats is one shitload of cfl's.

im not criticizing by any means, mearly offering some adv.

get some reflective material on those walls and youll see healthier lower branches. (i actually had some mirrors cut) cfl's send more than 50% of their emitted light out the side
the arangment of the spirals prevents effective ligth emmision along the central axis. you dont have to go floor to cieling, you can stop 3-6 inches above the top of your flower pot.

and no burning wont be an issue as cfl's dont produce enough ir to burn accept as massive conc.

o and thats a sweet ass grO

pLease keep up da good work
