dirty no good pigs raided the dispensary i work for.......They opened a new one and the police raided it within TWO DAYS of it opening up lol.......

Na i was working at the original store not the new one that got raided.....No they didnt charge anyone with anyting....Just came in handcuffed the staff made them sit there for 5 hours took everything inside and then waited inside for venders to come up.......One vender came with a lb and they fucked him big time......he should of only had the legal amount on him which is 8 oz's where we live but he had twice that....dirty pigs tricking people is fucked up........The place was only open 2days before they raided it.... It was in the paper....... basicly what happens is that curtin county's refuse to provide dispensary's with a buiss license that says "dispensary" if you go down to get it they will tell you sorry we dont give those out.... So what alot of owners do is get a buiss lic for somthing else say like a retail one or herbal supplements anyting really then theres the clubs that dont even bother getting that and just open up with no buiss license at all... once you open they go raid you and say your in violation of zoning code by having a buiss permit that says somthing other than dispensary. The city busts the clubs for non complaince but they are the ones forcing the clubs into non compliance by not letting them have the proper buiss lic is a game that they play with the clubs to fuck with them...Now the club i work at is in vallejo and there 12 other clubs in valley they call it "vallsterdamn" and the city of vallejo refuses to issue the proper buiss licenses just like fairfield but the difference is they dont raid the clubs in vallejo they just send them letters saying that they are in violation of zoning laws and please stop.......after years of sending letters and harrsing the landlords they try and sue the clubs but they dont raid them they just sue them in court for zoning laws.....Now the owner opened a new club in fairfield and same bullshit they refused to issue the proper buiss license so the owner got a retaill license just like in vallejo but in fairfield they are CRAZY and they have a reputation for violating peoples rights and pretty much doing what they want when they want to who ever they want(this is solano county im talking about one of the worst county's for prop215 patients in Ca.......So they came in with no evidance of any laws being broke and took everything basiacly just jacked the owner at gun point and then said "you arent being arrested but did you think you could come here and sale drugs in our community" the owner explained that is was a collective and that we werent selling drugs.....his responce was " ya ya you can word it anyways you want your a drug dealer" then they left and told the owner they are turning everyting over to the DA...........

Ya owning a dispensary is a major pain in the ass i think it just dosnt seem worth all the trouble of dealing with the fucked up police.... Seems like it would be alot easyer and probably more profitable just to open up a liquir store in the ghetto and sale blunts and 40's all day.... for some reason thats more socialy accteble....The club that got raided was right next to two headshops and a liquir store but ya the city is worryed about the dispensary cause all the liquir stores are good for the community lol it just blows my mind what people consider criminal and bad for a community.....

hhmm guess this thread didnt interest anyone really? seemed to all the talk around my town....seems like the legal edge dosnt get much traffic

If somebody opened a bar with no license they would be closed. Not rocket science.

not only does the county refuse to issue licenses for collectives but they also refuse to issue county id cards for 215 patients that live in solano county witch is also going against the rights that we all voted for.....

You don't vote for rights.

Its pretty screwed up when the County won't follow the intent of the law, but instead uses trickery and coercion to keep the status quo in operation.

Yes i would agree...Its not right.....most people have no idea that this goes on......all my friends smoke but non of them know this intell i tell them yet they are 215patients....its only the people that work in the buiss see this shit and its fucked up.... the local paper made the owner out to be some criminal and people jus believe everything the paper says as if the cops would never say something that isnt true to a reporter lol.....come on ......i dont understand how 215patients on here can side with the city on this one i just dont get...
