My second attempt at our infused hot sauce, taste is spot on - you can taste the extract, my brother didn't like it because of this - but the strength is right on. 2 tbs or so is enough for a nice mellow buzz.
I also produce regular small batch sauces as well - deciding on whether to take it commercial or not, not sure if I want the second job. Busy enough with my first business (custom fetish video producer)
