soil: rg basement mix with aero stones

i have a mister that sits in the corner of the room constantly and multiple fans that run constantly as we'll as an ac that pulls air out
plants are 2 months old as of right now this plant of the 5 is only one with spots. all plants are currently fighting thrips and I have tons of ladybugs and nematodes in the room released a week ago to counter them.
all I have found on the subject of pink spots is this "Trichothecium roseum causes pink rot on cannabis drug cultivars in greenhouses." I found this in a hemp research done in the 90s and can't find anything else related to or about pink spots
