pioneering the bubble system

Hello everyone, I am still green with my experience and have undertaken the proect of growing 9 clones from a bubble system I created 5 months ago. The parent plants were grown from seeds of a cross between Love Potion and Purps. I am using a 90w 3 band l.e.d. light and one 43w cfl warm white with this system for light. For nutrients I am using the 3 part flora system, seakelp, worm castings and bat guano, and a few drops of superthrive here and there. I have also appiled a self creating Co2 system that works well to enhance this operation.
I started the clones 5 months ago when I finished the system and since then I have only gotten 2 of them to the point of harvest. The other 7 are nowhere near ready for harvest as they are continuing their growth spurt and preflowering still it seems. 4 of the clones have also grown remarkably larger than the 3 Others remaing. Alomst 3 times as big and hardy. From all this time in the bubble tank, the roots systems of the clones have all basically grown together as one huge root ball. All of my clones have been only putting out leaves with 1 to 3 blades on them. This has happened from day one, 5 months ago when I placed the clones into the system for their 12/12 cycle. The only leaves I see with more than 3 blades on them are at the very base of the plants where they are very tiny and inept from pruning low branches. The 2 plants I harvested from this system were harvested a month ago and I am befuddled how 7 other clones of the same parent strain are still preflowering with no resin in sight after a month later. These plants are growing great but it just seems like there is something different going on I cannot explain from the incredible amount of time being taken and from the output of leaves with hardly any number of blades on them.
I would sincerely appreciate any feedback from knowledgeable growers as I am far from that in experience. I am happy to answer questions to clarify anything but I cannot post pictures because it is damming from where I live and do this..

Um, I think 95% of the people here "shouldn't" be taking pics and posting online, but it's really the best way to get some answers to your specific query.

Maybe someone else can help, but I've never seen or heard about a three-tipped plant before.

Also, your title makes it sound like you invented the bubbler - kinda misleading, IMHO.

The bubble system I am using was built by me from induvidual parts I have molded, cut and put together for my own desires. The Co2 system as well was built be me from scratch. I have created it so I can grow 24 plants in a 2 foot square area if I desire. So I did buy the L.E.D. and cfl light and nutrients. I wish I knew everyone had the same setup I designed so that relative advice was availbable through these means but I guess the results speak for themselves.

If you want to send me one of your systems I'll try it. Then at least two of us will have it. As for the strange leaves, you're not storing any radioactive material nearby, are you?

I figured he must live near the nuclear facility in Springfield.

OP, do you have any fish in your fishtank, and if so, do they have three eyes?

Because then I think we've figured out the problem.

ummmm....

I think you should take pictures because they are d shiznit and also you should realize that three leafs is completely normal in a young plant or even a clone from a side branch or something. 1-3-5-7-9-11 is the progression of the number of pieces of new fan leafs.

But these are not young plants and he is talking about almost all the lleaves having only 3 points. As for the pics, I think he means it is not advisable from a security viewpoint. I have the same concern. My wife is an attorney and she doesn't care about me posting or ordering seeds or supplies, but she thinks it is better not to post pictures. I still do from time to time though.

did you cut the clones yourself or did you get them from someone that rooted them. I only ask because if they were 12/12 clones from start and you put them in 24/0 then you revegged them and the three tip leaves would make sense. also maybe the first two plants that you harvested took on the indica traits of the parents and the rest of them leaned more to the sativa side of things.

So what UFo light are you using?

I see the ones that are like 300 dollars and people claim they work great.

But then people say the ebay ones suck.

I have seen a few on ebay that are US sellers for ~200 that claim they use good parts, same spectrum as the 400 dollar ones etc....

http://cgi.ebay.com/TRI-BAND-Pro-Hydroponic-90w-UFO-LED-Plant-Grow-Light_W0QQitemZ320424269697QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item4a9ac65781

Whats the difference between that and the exspensive one? JW out of curiosity honestly.

So which did you get?

ahhh yes sometimes if you reveg a clone taken from a flowering plant it does that

"preflowering still" is because you took clones from late stage flowering plants "when you finished the system".

you have to reveg the mother plant before cloning in order to succeed in that venture.

that is why your clone shows irregular growth and that is why the clones never stopped flowering. Also that is why some clones took and some didnt and why some clones grew and some didn't. For consistent results you need to get your clones from a vegetative stage plant.

That's not true. You can definitely take clones from a flowering mother and re-veg them with great success. The exact method used could have caused stress though. I don't really know what to tell ya but I hope you figure it out. Good luck!

yes... or you can do it and they won't reveg... especially late in flower...

you should try it sometime I mean maybe you did it once and it worked out, I know I did it a few times and it was fine. I also experienced exactly what he experienced.

but for you to call me out as wrong about that? hah... comical
