Pistols showing on very small plant

whats up everyone, i'm about 4.5 weeks into my grow and the plants are doing great except for one. its still only about 5 inches tall, small compared to the others. but the pistols are beginning to show. what does this mean?

uhhhhhhhhhhh its starting to flower. is it outside because it is budding season. if its inside what is ur timer set at, if 12/12 then u should see hairs start forming. if 18/6 then its proably an auto flower

plants over time that are vegging will show pre-flowers it normally takes 3 weeks to 2 months and gland you got a female

pre flowering is always good to see
