pk 13-14 off ebay seems like water???

i bought sum pk 13-14 other week off ebay and when it arrived one of the seals where damaged and tapped up with selotape and just looks like water i have tried in water and check ph but like 50ml to 40ltr water and ph went down from 7.4 to 7 i emailed the ebay member and they refunded my money without any questions and just answerd by saying we tape them all up just incase they puncture anyone use canna pk 13-14 which could see if it changes the ph much on there next feed would be a great help see if it worth buying again

Muahahahahahaha..........I seriously doubt they are putting water in and selling it as pk 13/14. It is clear so it does LOOK like water, I have never tested my ph with JUST pk 13/14 so I couldn't tell you that. Look at the seller on e-bay and their rating, if they are a hydro store or sell other hydroponic items then you probably don't have water. And most all sellers on e-bay ship with that tape on the top

there feedback was great was just a bit wary to how the foil seal got popped with like a 10mm hole then taped up and safety lid back on over tape. then the refund without hesitation but my m8 got sum on way aswell in next few days we gona try
