Planning my first grow - comments much welcome!

Ok, I have a nice area in my shed already built - it is 2.5' x 2.5' x 4' high.

The Strains I would like to use are:
Barneys Farm Vanilla Kush Feminized
Barneys Farm LSD Feminized
Reserva Privada Kandy Kush (its a free seed from Attitude)
Kannabia Seeds La Blanca (its a free seed from Attitude)
Kannabia Seeds Afrodite (its a free seed from Attitude)
All are feminized.

Edit: I also plan on using soil with some nutes.

I plan on using LST for more cola growth. I am also going to veg for at least 8 weeks, and flower for as long as I need.

I plan on using this:
400 WATTS 400W HPS+MH GROW LIGHT REFLECTOR HOOD SYSTEM


400 Watt MH for Veg
400 Watt HPS for Flower
(actual product can be seen here)
This will be on a chain for raising and lowering as needed.

I can also get my hands on some 2' floro tubes for the sides, if needed.

I figured when transplanting, I can use up to five (5) 5 gallon buckets for flowering stage with the space I have available.

So, here are my questions:
Is the 400 watter enough, or too much for the space I have?

How many (max) can I plant in the 5 gallon buckets without them strangling themselves?

With the space in question, and the lighting system mentioned, should I get a 4", 5", or 6" inline fine for this hood to keep the heat down, or with proper ventilation (High Output ultra quiet fart fan (bathroom fan)) will it stay cool enough?

How far away should I put the MH/HPS light during the seedling stage, vegetation stage, and flowering stages?

Any ideas of min/max dry weight using the min/max amount of plants listed as well as lighting?

yeah that light is good. youre going to have to move alot of air though its gonna be hot if that area is completely closed off

1 plant per pot.

will the area you have 4" is fine. doubt a bathroom fan will be enough.

i dont remember for a 400watter but it changes with the different stages just google it. youll find it quick

depends on strain, nutes, additives maybe you should do a DWC just one plant under the 400w and LST it and bush it out good.
