Plant drooping, Entering veg state, 3 gallon pot.

I tried the sticky at the top but the pictures will not load for some reason so I can't see what the problems look like.

I am talking about the big one. Transplanted a week ago. Soil is moist when I stick my finger a few inches in. She has had fresh air all day, light all day and was watered 2 days ago. Temps are 80-90, I have to put an AC in my room but havent had the time.
I just installed that 400w MH light, it was under a 24w fluoro for the past 4 weeks.

Any ideas? Soil is FFoF/25% perlite and she gets tap water.

I carnt see a prob, just the oppersit, looks G8.

do you use a ph test on your tap water... the MH is gonna make that thing grow like crazy. Prepare to feed it because that soil is going to run low of nutrients after 3-4 weeks. That 400 is perfect for vegging that many plants. What are you using for flowering?

I gave her a quart of water today, My tap water PH was over 8! I made a gallon with the PH of 7. I am going to give them 6-6.5 in the future, ive read thats best for soil grows. I got a moisture meter that I am going to be using once I find it.

I am going to give them jacks classic 20-20-20 for veg and the blossom for flower, unless you suggest something else I can find locally.

I have a 400w HPS bulb, thats a MH conversion bulb, I got the whole setup from HTG supply.

I dunno about 20-20-20 for veg... you want something lower in P k and higher in N.
