Plant growth problem

I got two sets of clones. The first set is about 4 weeks old. They are in rock wool. The second set is about 1.5 weeks old and they are in soil.

I am using GH nutes. I have barely been messing around with different amounts of nutes, and Im not really sure how much they have been getting because sometimes someone else waters them.

Anyway can anyone recomend about how much nutes they should be getting? They are in 18/6 and going to 12/12 tomorrow. (SOG).

I have 5 plants total. 2 in Rock wool. 3 in soil. I will post 1 picture of each type seeing as they basically all look the same.

Also there is nothing I could really do to keep the rock wool ones from stretching because I got the second batch of clones late and the light had to be high.

Hum, I would say shoot for 500 ppm TDS
But the young ones, I would cut that in half for a couple weeks.

Ya know, your just asking for trouble putting dirt with hydro.
