plant laying down. need a diagnosis

My plant is looking a little sad (the one in the top right) not sure what is the problem tho. I have been warering my plants with h202 water for the last 2 days to kill gnats and this happened. I also sprayed some flies the other day with soap water but the rest of my plants doesnt seem to be affected. It could be a nutrients problem but im just following the dorectoons on my flora perfornance pack. Help would be appreciated

Im no pro lol but it looks like maybe overwatering.. The leaves droop when overwatered

Is it even possible to over water with hydroponics? I really don't know.
