Plant Leaf wither problems with pics

hi all, could anyone help me out here, my mate has a plant growing in his wardrobe under a couple of cfl's and the leaves have started to whider, there all at the top turning yellow and drooping a bit, it was just a bagseed and by the looks its a sativa with a nice fruity skunky smell, any help well appreciated

i reckon it need a lot more light, plus its quite tall and lanky, stretching because of the low light, it looks like its starting to bud and you may need to give it a feed with mild nutrients ec of about 0.5 if using ro water. it may take a week for the plant to respond to feeding so dont be in a rush to giive it more or you might burn it.

I would hang the floro tube vertical not horizontal u will get more light on the plant.

nice 1, we have been giving it light feeds of bio biz bio bloom so looks like its more light it needs

how is his humidity. i had a simular problem a eek ago and found out my humidiy was only 29%. got it raised now in to 50's andd its recovering.
Have you noticed stunted growth?
