plant looking ill

hi people
im new to this forum, and i have joined up to see if anybody can help me with my problem. ive only grown once before (successfully) but that was indoors. this year im trying an outdoor lemon skunk plant and i think its ill lol. can anybody tell me whats wrong with it by the pics i will attatch. also the stalk has gone a bit weird on the lower part of the plant, its abit brown and bobbly but the top half looks fine.
if somebody could throw a few suggestions my way id be very greatfull.

it looks to be over fertilized or over watered. how often do you fertilize it?

Flush,wait a week. if that doesnt work and your new growth does this..its nitrogen.
