Plant looks tired, possible stress? pics inside

Hey guys,
I'm new to the community, started growing about a month ago
Anyways, I'm having problems with my older plant, it's a northern lights femenized autoflowering and almost a month old. I watered it 3 days ago with 2 ml Bio-Grow, and it looked strong,
but now for some unknown reason it started to look tired and I thought I'd ask you guys what do you think. Here are some pics:




Is there anything I should do? Is it normal?
I'm afraid he'll die or something...

well, it could be hot. my tamperture is usually between 77-85, but it's 80 for the most part. the soil's wet I checked it this morning...
and regarding the water, my pot has a draining holes - can it be overwatered?
I've added 2 75w 2700k cfl's to the growing room yesterday. can it be the reason? he was under a 2 6500k 100w cfl's just untill yesterday..

Yes you can over water even with drainage holes. Have you repotted in awhile. Maybe it needs some more room.

Those cfls are they 100.watts or 100 actual watts cus they ate most likely 26 watters so u need about 8 of those total to veg ur plants if possible do 300watts

No, don't just go throwing ferts at it. If the soil is moist to the touch, I'd give it a day or two to dry and see if it perks up some. You have a ways to go before that plant dies, so take a breath and calm down.

77-85 is an ok temp, but make sure that your PLANT is at that temperature and not just the room. Sometimes CFLs can give off a surprising amount of heat.

When a plant gets too much water it will go into a state that you could compare to resting; At least this is what I've been told. Like I said, you have a good while before that plant dies, so just take your time and figure out what's wrong. Step back and do nothing for a few days and see if it starts getting any better. One of the worst things you can do is start taking extreme steps to "fix" you plant. Cannabis is a VERY resilient species and can take a very serious beating and come back from it in just a day or two.

As someone mentioned, it might be time to repot. You can usually tell by the spread of the leaves. When the leaves are past the edges of the pot, feel free to transplant. Your plant should in no way be pot bound at this point though, so don't worry. And besides, being pot bound will not cause your plant to look like that; this is not your problem. You should also keep in mind that each plant is different. I've had some plants that were just droopier than others. No big deal.

Whatever it is its peculiar to that plant alone as the ones next to it look perky and normal. I'd agree with Nietschekein above, don't go throwing ferts at it, as despite the drooping leaves it don't show any of the usual leaf symptoms associated with either nutrient deficiency or overfeeding, I'd go down the letting it dry out a bit and see if it perks up, possibly it is just overwatering. Oxygen is not getting to the roots possibly because of waterlogging, a thing I have done with some success in similar situations is to get an old fashioned knitting needle and gently poke it a good distance down into the soil a few times about an inch from the rim of the pot, lets some air in down the holes and don't damage the roots if your gentle. But either way I'd leave off watering for a few days.

Good idea. However, if you don't have any knitting needles, you can gently squeeze the pot and turn it slightly and repeat all the way around. This will break up the soil a bit and allow some air to penetrate and some water to dry out better.

ok guys quick update, I just found out that there are starting to form some black dots at the upper leaves:

It's not dying. Just continue being gentle with it and new leaves will appear. I couldn't see the spots you were talking about. It might just be signs of stress. The easiest way to kill a plant is by giving it too much N. Otherwise it's hard to kill of cannabis. Don't worry, ok?

To put things into perspective for you, this is what you are doing. My dear friend has got the sniffles. "Oh NO! He's dying!". Many new growers read posts were other "experienced" growers are nit picking every little speck and curve of every leaf. It's not that big of a deal. I know we all want to have perfect, amazing looking plants; who wouldn't? But the fact is... it's a living thing like you and me. I'm not perfect and no vitamin or 8 glasses of water a day is going to make me more attractive. Plants have blemishes and deformities just like people. You'll soon learn what is worth worrying about and what isn't even worth mentioning.

Black or brown spotting is a sign of iron toxicity. Flush with twice as much water as soil. If you have 3 gal of soil. Flush with 6 gal of water. Let the soil dry first before flushing.

how did it get iron toxicity? the only thing I gave it was pHed water and 2 ml of Bio-Grow this one time. thats odd...

View attachment 2670901I do believe there is such a thing as a plant hypochondriac, I have a chart here I blagged from somewhere, look at the many variations that a simple symptom like '' brown Patches '' on leaves can indicate, its a bloody nightmare. Best not to get too hung up on it and do the best you can. Experience will help you recognise when there is a real problem, but from your pics and going by this chart you could diagnose that your plants have IRON, no wait....PHOSPHOROUS,.....no wait again,,,,MANGANESE, with magnesium a possibility too, not saying its any of these things but if you take these slight leaf discolourations literally, you could end up truly paranoid, and in a flash of inspiration, feed all sorts of shit to your plant and kill them. Take it easy and try maybe a little thing at a time. Many a plant has been killed by worried plant hypochondriacs going gung ho on there plants all because of a browing leaf. just saying

Yup just looks a tad too wet to me... I just over-watered my one baby (still getting used to this coco stuff, think I'll be going back to clay pellets soon)...

Maybe your water has a lot of minerals. What soil are you using? That chart is quite a bit off on some. I'm pretty sure its from a 1980's issue of high times.

It's a local mixture I bought from a hydro-shop in my country, it's specially for cannabis. from what I understood it's a light mixture with the corrent pH. anyways, my other 2 plants are doing just fine with it, so I don't think that's the problem.

Anyways, I flushed the soil this morning like you said. The soil was pretty dry before. Flushed it with 2 gallons of pHed tap water (1 gallon pot).

The heat and extra light is causing this, raise the lights and put that one into the corner for being a naughty and to recover and reduce watering.
