I checked the guide and thought I would be best getting a second opinion.

Any veteran thoughts on what might be wrong?

Looks like either nute burn or a magnesium deficiency. They look very similar. Flush your plant for a few days. If you dont see results, than your issue is probably a magnesium deficiency. To mend that you've got to foliar feed a teaspoon of epsom salt to a gallon of warm water. Mix the TSP of EpSalt and warm water. Foliar feed only at night.
