plant size for the big move

Hey everyone. I was just wondering how large a plant should be before it is moved to mother Earth in the great outdoors from a pot in a greenhouse? Any thoughts from personal experience, expert opinions or rules of thumb?
Thanks

An established root system is the most important thing in my opinion. I use 1.9 Liter juice bottles, for they're clear at the bottom so you can see when a bunch of roots have gotten to the bottom. With pots you can't see through, I'd just wait until you can see some roots from your drain holes. But then again, people grow from seed outdoor.

I hope you'll look at my grow.

I won't put a plant out that is less than a foot tall.

Too many critters can eat a smaller plant to death.

Even a dog could do serious damage, just stepping on it.(Experience talking here.)

Questions are always welcome.

Dont always think that because u put a bigger plant outside that u are going to get more yields. going too big will many times cause problems. the root system is the most important thing to keep in mind. make sure that you have a ton of roots on your plant before taking outside. the more roots yu have, the more nutes it can eat, resulting in bigger yields. I keep cloning and transferring through july and try and put as many plants outside as i can. big plants often times break because of wind, rain, or too much weight from buds. Smaller plants are easier to manage. So feed those roots enzymes, stimulators and whatever else you have and you wont be disappointed.

I would say a foot is the perfect size...Unfortunately alot of my plants aren't going to make it out due to waiting to long and I can no longer fit them in my car inconspicuousle without having them out the windows lol...GL.
