Plant too Tall 4 Days Into Flower | Prune?

Hello! My plant stretched and got fat over 2 weeks so much and now it's very tall and getting close to my light height limit.



Here are two pictures, my question now is, should i prune my main steam downwards? Or LST every stem?

Tie it down. Like bend it a little and tie it. when it fixes to the bend, then bend it more. Look up LST and do that.

Hey thanks for your answer! Tho I have a little problem with that, the stem is weak not strong enough to support tieing down, right now i have transplanted it to 4 galon pots hope it fats abit more

easier to start training when the stalk isnt big yet ....do it lil at a time it will bend more than u think without hurting i used to grow outside along the ground behind beans in the garden lol never got over foot tall
