Plant won't grow.

I've got a 400w bulb in a closet with great ventilation. Temp is 70 and humidity is 30%. Soil is miracle grow w/ moisture control. The plant is 3 weeks old and has only 3 sets of leaves. (2 inches) I'm not sure if the temp/humidity is off or if it's the miracle grow. I just transfered the 2 inch plant to regular potting soil in hopes it will start growing.

Any ideas why the stunt growth? This isn't the first time, I've tried other seeds with the same results.

I'm using mg, 400 mh and at 3 weeks my plants were 10" tall. Your air temp is ok but your humidity seems a little low. I'm a newb myself but I seem to be doing good. Post some pics. What about your watering schedule. Since you just transplanted give um a few days, maybe it was the mg.​

i'm on my fifth real grow and have used mg moisture control every time wit great results. i also use only flouros to veg once seed sprouts. maybe light your using is too intense for this stage. just my opinion though good luck. also what strains are you using are they bag or breeder?

How big is the pot the plant is in? It could have been rootbound, that'll make em basically stop all the sudden. Did u transplant into a bigger pot?
