planted 2 seeds, only one is germinating...

Hey people,

just a question about germinating seeds. I'm on my second grow. First one went swimmingly. Now having an issue with
germinating seeds. Don't think I had this problem first time around.

I've planted two Mohan Ram plants, by sweet seeds. I did it pointy end down. The first is just starting to grow a stem, the other hasn't even sprouted yet.
I picked up the other one, that hasn't sprouted, and noticed that it seems like its opening. Does that mean it will sprout soon, or is it a lost cause??? If it hasn't sprouted by now is it over. its been 3 or 4 days.

I kept them in a yogurt incubator around 80 to 88 degrees farenheit, a little moist, now I have them under the light, currently at 24 hours, which I'll change to 18h-6h.

Can I still salvage my unsprouted seed?

i planted 3 seeds.... 2 of them sprouted on day 3, the other 1 did not sprout until 3 days later, and i now have 3 healthy plants. be patient before you go pulling the seed, id wait at least 5-6 days.
