I live in California Southbay and planted 3 clones.
One of them took off faster and now is budding. I guess that is due to our bad overcast weather. The weather seems to now have turned around and should be getting solid 70's - 80's with little overcast.

My question is what I can do for my plant now.
Some suggested putting a garbage can over it at 7pm and uncover at 7am.
I don't really want to do that cause it would be a pain. Others recommend leaving it
alone and feed it like an organic 13-0-0 blend. They feel an only nitrogen blend will help it bounce back into the veg state. I did get some dried blood organic that has a 13-0-0 blend. But I had already ordered Jack's fertilizer (Formerly Peters) with a 20-20-20 blend. I wondered what would happen if I use that in this case?

Here is the plant now...
