planting sprouts

Ok i germinated and i planted my sprouts. Should i put normal 18/6 light on them or keep them in the dark?

they should be under gentle light for the first couple of weeks. a 23 watt cfl a few inches away would work

if that;s all you have then you can use it carefully. keep the sprouts far away and toward the edge of the light to start
