Plants ae 4 Weeks old tommorrw and still kinda small and yellowing

My Plants will be 4 weeks old tommorrow and they are still kinda small but my iggest problem is the lardger of the three is yellowing can anyon offer any advice?

I havn't been on here for like 2 1/2 hours but I think it sounds like the yellow one might need more light and the other ones, I'm not too sure. I hope I helped. :weed:
