Looks like a combination of overwatering and too much nutes this early (specifically N).
Let me guess — are you growing in coco coir at all?
Just stop the nutes until the cotyledons (first round leaves) start turning yellow. Probably around day 20. Water only, pH around 6.0, shell recover no problem, but continuing the nutes could stunt her a bit.How do it fix this? I started nutes after 1 week. But I check her today. She is back to being perky but those spots are permanently there.

Those spots probably won't go away. No biggie.
I just ask because I keep seeing people growing in coco coir complaining of similar problems. I honestly have yet to have anyone explain to my what it so great about this medium. Maybe some high level pro is able to fine-tune stuff with it, but for the rest of us it just seems extremely prone to problems.Yes I am growing in coco. I don't think I'm overwatering because I'm currently feeding only 540grams of nute water to a 6 gallon pot.
No just test your runoff occasionally. It will tell you if you have too many salts building up in your medium. The cotyledons are already turning yellow and have dropped off the plant.
Her growth has been amazing actually, she's getting big fast! But could it be because I water with nutes everyday?
Should I have a alternative nute and ph feeding?
It's very appealing on its face: Grow Hydro in a soil-like medium! For me, it just seemed like too much work. You have to figure out what nutes its holding onto and which ones are draining off. Too hard to fine tune, as you said. I've heard of people having good results alternating between nute feed and pH'd water though. Seems possible, but my buckets are tit.I just ask because I keep seeing people growing in coco coir complaining of similar problems.
