So my plants grew too close to the light and showed what looked like nanners but reddit lead me to it being light damage. Light damage makes sense because as I said the plants are close to the light. I’ve come here to see if anyone had some actual helpful advice on saving my grow. Or if I’m toast I guess be honest. Thanks!

Based on the lack of light in the lower portion of the plant, it appears to be a fluorescent fixture.........if so the plant can literally almost touch the bulbs without getting burnt.
On the contrary, it’s an hlg 350 Diablo, only on click 5. Its rectangular shape is not providing light to part of the canopy I switch it every 6 hours. The middle of the canopy is growing well. The portion you see not getting light is another area of colas that are likely past the light (I have since tucked the tallest cola).

Relocate the fan & filter as suggested above to create some much-needed headroom.
Next, start aggressively bending & training the canopy before the branches become "fixed".
I'd still be optimistic that you'll get a good outcome.

and don’t stress to hard, it happens especially if you’re growing something new and don’t know what the stretch is like. What I’ve taken to doing is keeping my light on veg spectrum till the stretch is done.
