plants need saving!!

first time grower here, yesterday my plants seemed to be doing fine, now over night they seem weak, and leafs are starting to curl.
i don't know whether iv'e had the light on them for to long or what not, heres some pics to show whats up, and what i'm using to feed em.
they need help pretty quick, spoiler shops are closed.

this is what my friend says on the matter.

thats not good, get them out of that lad you will kill them for sure, they need a breeze get a fan or somethin on the babies, they are to young to do all that yet the leaves are alredy dropping becuaes of the heat, take that light bulb off them or you will kill them serious.

verdict?

What kind of light are you using? How often do you water? You should not be feeding them when they are that small just water for now.

lose the tin foil for sure causes hot spots on plant. and dont give any nutes they are way to young. what kind of light is that looks like a heat lamp if so wrong lamp. looks like overwatering though. how often are you watering them? they can be overwatered pretty easy. are the leaves twisting so the bottoms are almost facing up? take a look at my thread it should help you out. good luck

i'm using a basic lamp, hovering from about 13 inches, i started a thread yesterday and people were saying they were deprived of water, so i dont know on the water situation, i use a spray bottle so there isnt that much water. definately lose the tin foil? there is also a nice cooling fan which i forgot to mention.

What is a basic lamp? A flouro, halogen?

Mine are looking like that, I think it's because the light is too hot. I had to put a stick there to hold them up also.

a basic lamp, y'know 50p bulb, but i just got an exotic light kit used on animals about 4ft long, with a filtered 20 pound light, i cant wait to set it up, i bought some new seeds black domina, and gave my early girl babie's away, to one of my friends.

used on animals eh? you are growing weed dude! go to your local hardware store and buy some floros. use it for at least a month before moving them under serious light and dont give them ferts for at least 3 weeks. oh yea, and if you have to stake your plants your, that means you dont have enough air blowing on them to strengthen the stalks.
