Plants sprouting in my weed soil?!

seems to me could be algae mould moss if your room is high in temp and humidity and soil is always soggy that shit will start to grow the best thing to do is get a fork or use your fingers an disturb the soil on top of the pot keep it fresh so none of that shit can grow thats what i would do cause if u leave that shit eventually it will harm your plants
He's probably seeing some random seeds that were either in the soil to begin with or were accidentally introduced. Algae is more commonly found in water and I don't know that he would refer to algae or mold as a plant.... anyways, just pluck it out while it's tiny. Don't leave it to grow, it'll just compete for resources.
