Plants to tall...what should i do

ok so i have an issue with my grow. i had to wait an extra few weeks in veg because my flower room wasnt set up yet..well now in the 4th week of flower my plants are almost as tall as my room; the lights are the lowest they can be without burning the plants.. any ideas on how to slow down the vertical growth?

Bend them over so they run horazontal. I use black trucker bungy coards the have some weigh to them but any thing will do.

Lol you gotta tie them down and before long you gotta tie them up I love big plants I veg for 12weeks

you can run them horizontial or in a S pattern or even better give them to me i have room need pics thanks

buy a bigger house...

But don't over do it tie them down a little further each day
