hey a buddy of mine just harvested and gave me a little of it and I wanted to know why its got some real tiny seed in it could it be a male and female plant you think

Talk with your buddy & find out if he had any males in the crop. If he didn't then the plant will contain seeds that are XX chromosome & NOT XY which are males. If your seeds are germinated with XX then they will be females to start but could continue on the hermaphrodite condition. If male & female then your seeds can be XY & XX possibly.
