please, a little help needed. germinated seeds, but wont sprout??

ive germinated a couple seeds, the little root showed itself, i planted both of them. one had just barely popped out of the surface of the dirt, but hasnt done anything in two days. its just the shell of the seen right above the surface of the soil. and the other one showed itself, hasnt popped up, but came up slightly, and both are just sitting there. should i try something other method, am i doing something wrong. please no " im stupid comments" or anything rude. ive had two very successful grows before, doing exactly what im doing now. any help would be greatly appreciated

Everything is going well. Patience is required now. It will be a long 2-3 weeks of seedling stage, but once that is over and they reach veg stage you then will see rapid daily growth.

Water very little and make sure it stays semi moist.
